: Match Cards
1.) Register a new /additional player
To register a new player the following must be completed:
Fill out additional player form - see website CLICK HERE
Include proof of affiliation from All England or Welsh Netball
Send by email to league secretary Gloria Vine
[email protected]
Copy in your divisional rep - see website for details
This must be done no less than 48 hours before the game now which the player is playing - i.e playing Wednesday - notification by Monday 20:30 hours .
Leave hard copy of form and proof in blue box WITH SIGNATURE of player .
Playing a player outside of this process will incur a penalty of 5 points and 20 goals
2)Players playing up in teams in higher divisions
Playing up is allowed between teams in clubs
This can be from 3rd up to 1st
Playing down is not permitted
Playing up is only allowed on 5 occasions across the whole club
It is not 3 occasions per team
Any further occasions will incur a penalty of 5 points and 20 goals
3)Transfer of player between teams
This can only be carried out in the first half of the season , up to the end of December .
4) cancelling a league game
This must be done as soon as possible to allow for movement of games , notification to other team and umpires

This will incur a charge of £24 to the opposing team and must be paid within 4 weeks of cancellation
There will be a penalty point deduction if not paid within this period
- Must be filled out correctly with all details
- Must contain full names of players and signatures
- Please indicate who is player of the match - POM
- Must be left in the blue box after each game
- 3 plus errors on match cards incur 1 penalty point
